IS it safe to exchange links???????

dear Friends,

I got a free Astro reading web site www.askastro.com .

I got a proposal from one of the member here to exchange links.

I want to know if its safer to do it.

My sites Google ranking is 5 and it contains abt 15000 pages.

pls tell me what should I do.?

well the concept of link exchange is that ....google needs to rank ur site...how does it do that.....one of the methods is the gauge the importance of ur site by seeing how many others sites link to ur site................so to translate it........IF so many sites think that ur site is import....ur site must have some dhum
