I'm a seo,I did my site one month ago, when i open my site today. I found the pr changed.It's 5 pr now.and alexa is 116,361.If you want to change your site,email me!

yeah that's because google had its pr update.

the pr is only updated every 3 months or so, it was 80 days between this update an dlast update. You can't force a pr update of your site before then.
