if you mean regular visitors. then make your site as good as possible. you can only maintain visitors if your site is good enough to make them stay.

One way to communicate with repeat would we a newsletter or tips, where you push out the information.

One other way is a blog, update everyday with new contect, to get them coming back to read again.

Hello there Keitcash good to knopw you're here, I must say that I agree with you, a blog is a way where you can represents your self or product and services, Blog can attract more visitors but just make sure that it is very entertaining and not boring or it could be very informative.

You can promote for it.. Do blogging, social bookmarking, and do some promotional ads (free one) like adoos.us....

Do you mean traffic? you want to have traffic and that this visitors would be your regular visitors? I suggest that you create a very interesting content that will make your visitor visit more often or stay more at your site. You can also do great link baiting for your site like contests, or promos....
