Ho many of you use regularly Yahoo Groups for the promotion and how?
What about Google groups and MSN groups?
What do you think?
Which is the best way to promote and what tools do you use?

Well I never used any Groups to promote my business. I always promote my site from Forum signature and I found good traffic from it. You have to post on those forum which is similar to you site. You can also held contest so many visitor came on your site. Thats it.

I promote where ever and whenever. I am not picky. You create your own right time and place.

i also used yahoo groups to promote our site.

log in using your yahoo account at groups.yahoo.com, choose from a variety of categories there.

make yourself a member of a group then you can post your ads there.

there are other classifieds submission site where you can post your ads, like gumtree, inet giant and ads be

As long as you are posting in the right category of groups, I think you'll be rewarded with a decent traffic. I also use yahoo groups as well as MSN. I am very careful of choosing the right group to join.
