I am looking for a blogging software (wordpress prefered) which has third party step by step instructions / tutorials. Company documents are vague and i don't have that much patience to learn new things.
Any helps...

If you prefer wordpress then why not use that? All things take time to learn, especially good things. The problem with third party instructions is that software always changes and it is nearly impossible to keep manuals accurate due to that.

I setup my blog with Wordpress too and I found it quite easy to do. It's a great script and it is free to boot.
