Which billing system do you use?
It would be nice to get an idea of what billing systems people are using and also hear about the good and bad points about them.
We are using ModerBill right now, but are wondering if we made the right choice. Although it is very feature rich, when you get into using it you astart wishing it did this and that and the next thing. Its like it was put together too fast without enough time to refine the features.
I am sure it will be much better in the future but our issue is can we wait for improvements at the cost of loosing more business. It has some key flaws that is making us look around for a replacement and that is why I am posting this request for everyones input.
