Photoshop Template Help

Hi, Pals,

Recently, I have found some free templates which are designed in Photoshop. As they are built in templates, I want to know that how can I change its design? I mean, in one template there are some built in links like "About us", "Links", "Support", etc, but I want to change "Support" to "Friends", but don't know how, coz I dont know photoshop that well. So anyone here having good hand on photoshop please guide me accordingly.

To change the text, use the below

1. open file
2. click on T on left site tool bar
3. now click on Support and you get the type bar here, just remove the support and type Friends
4. Press Ok button or Click on T again and save template
