Can anybody make this flash for me

hi i have an image attached that i want to make flash so that i can put it on my website as a header i want it to be like with sounds and stuff i dont really have a clue on how to put action script and stuff in but what i want is it to like load then some of the letters start to bounce around and chase each other i would like sounds and stuff in it. the only way i can pay you is with points from here. ohh and i want a laoding bar on it lol.

I could do all but the loading bar. I could show something else though
ex. 0000/7896
goes up until loaded.

which software r u using for that?

Convert the image in vactor graphic and import it in flash

add loading component in start of movie.
add sound as movie clip

Add motion with graphic

I'm using flash of course. Nothing else.
So basically just get the image and animate it a bit. That's easy.

you can also optimize the file site in photoshop, to run fast in flash file

Can anyome make me a logo for Jumbo Bidding Links Directory. With "Jumbo Bidding Links Directory" as slogan underneath.! To fit on my above website header.
