depends on what a person wants but im one of the cheapest going most sites i have done have been 10-25 dollars aud mostly round 15 actually or 10 i have other sites in my portfolio but the owners havent finished with there sites so they are not up yet. i will work for someones site if they wish as a staff member

i can install forums blogs and all if you supply the software or script. also i can optimize sites using text and meta tags i also can put text in your alt tag and submit your site to search engines. also for 30 bucks i can install the forum and do and fair few pages depending on images. i also design my own sites and dont use templates.
