To use Macromedia Flash in web design you don't have to always use Flash programming skills. The simple way of Flash content creation is conversion of PowerPoint presentations to Flash clips using special tools. I've found an absolutely free PPt to Flash converter called
FlashSpring Lite. It produces Flash presentations without animations and sound, but for creation of animated and interactive Flash clips with music background I use FlashSpring Pro. I think that's the simplest and fastest way of Flash creation.
