making this flash

hi i want to make a header i made go into flsh so it can be edited all i want it to do is just to have some cool like shines and stuff follow the lines in the header and also if you can somehow make evolutiondesign (text) shine also.

i have uplaoded the new header to my site just go to it then right click on the header then g0 save as.
