web template help.

hi im making a web template and i want to know if you peoples can help me can anybody make me some buttons that change when you put your mouse over them and can anybody put a little bar down the bottom of the site where it all ends to make it all look right. here is a link to the template www.eclipse.tk-host.com/evo/index.html


it currently looks like this

can anybody do that plus make the buttons change on mosue over.

ok stop this right now my signiture is not part of the post so stop it i have made my signiture smaller ok so its stopped final ended i wish you couls stop it other peopel have sigs to and they have bigger ones.
