How to put loading bar on flash

hi i want ot know how i can put a loading bar thing on my flash i made so the people know that it is loading i have seen hundreds of others do it but i cant seem to find out how to do it can anybody help.

Hi,

there is lots of way to add the flash preloader in start,

make userself, simply add a isloadframe method to track the full loading, and run the movie and more
