go with kirupa.com that is one of the best places for flash and another if you have a small amount of cash is cartoonsmart.com that is my personal favorite site.. that guy has tutorials on everything from drawing in Flash to Animation to Web Design to even Game Development.. Killer site! Take a look.

oh and actionscript.org if you want to get into the more advanced programming side of Flash.
