How to make website templates having colours and graphics, It should have flash Intro, Login Password for member area, It should have flash banner
Please guide me that how can i get started making such sites

if you are looking for html editor, you can try the DreamWeaver it's a very good software, no need for html knowledge, simply drag and drop in the page and lots of option to edit.
font, color, link, picture, flash files and flash buttons
