Yahoo and MSN searching on decline

Google increased market share for Interent searching from 42.7 percent to 43.1 percent from March to April, and up from 36.5 percent in April 2005.

While Yahoo stands at 28.0 percent between March and April, a decrease of 2.7 percentage points from last year.

MSN also slipped, accounting for 12.9 percent in April, down from 13.2 percent in March and 16.1 percent in April 2005.

Good data collection, ofcourse, most of the visitors using route of google to get correct keyword site.

I think google's gmail will also have an effect on searching. as I tend to use yahoo and msn when I'm using my email account there. if I had a google email accoutn I'd use google even more.

trouble is, I've invested too much time in my yahoo and hotmail accounts to just go and switch to gmail.

If only I could get my sites to move up in the rankings on google

Right now I have decent rankings on Yahoo and MSN but that means I am missing 43.7 percent of the search traffic (darn)!
