anybody heared about this new program called google talk i think its a but like skype.

didn't google or msn buy skype? or was it ebay?

Google talk will be very popular because it is google.

lycos have got a good talk software that allows you to surf the MSN and yahoo networks at the same time!!

ohh ok well i didn't here about one of those companys buying skype. i heard about skype when it was only a little program.

just happened a few weeks ago, there was abit of controversey because the company who bought them spent billions and they could have developed their own version of the software for much less.

lol true but skype has already been advertised and all i have seen it on a couple of tv shows that advertise it.

Google Talk is a good software like yahoo and msn messanger, but google is the best. try it .

I think google is always going to be ontop when it comes to the internet. The problem microsoft has with it is their website is a good platform to launch other software from as everyone knows it. google is becoming less and less just a search engine

Google has offered Google Talk as a 'no frills' app. This is for the kind of people who clearly want to just communicate over the Internet (which is what a chat software should do). Clean interface, easy to use, amazing clarity of voice. Google Talk is the one!

your pc may be microsoft mostly - windows OS, Inter net Explorer and 100 other MS things. But when most people log ont to the net the first website they go to is google!

It is a great platform to lanch competing software to MS and bill gates knows it. That's why MSN search is trying heavily to compete with google.
