Who inventd the internet and who invented google and stuff?

I don't think any one person is given full credit for inventing the net it was a collabaration of people. Though Tim Berners Lee does seem to be given most of the credit. As for google it was Lawrence Page and Sergey Brin I think.

As far as I know its inter net which is short for international network

The internet was originally developed in responce to a nuclear war. The problem was if a nuke took out a key network point the whole network of defence would go down in the uSA.

The solution was to invent a packet system that could navigate the netwrok and find different routes to the servers incase a few of them went down. Originally they compared it to a mouse in a maze.

Hence the IP (internet protocol) was born.
