Logical Link Structure

Recently google announced that they want to see web sites with logical link structure. Though they didn't the term or give example for "logical link structure".
Linking all the pages in a website in a logical manner. How to do this?
Suggestion and Ideas are welcome...

i think the links should be related and relevant to the site

I doubt google is that advanced where in they can pinpoint link relevance... Way too much noise about it...

You have to determine the link relevance within you site design. For google you do a xml site map and it will help spider your pages.

You can also create a nice HTML sitemap to help spread some link juice to all your pages.

I have no doubt google can do that what they call "Logical Link Structures"

One thing you may add is to nofollow non-important links, i.e. do some PageRank Sculpting to improve how your internal link juice flows around your website.
