I started a blog almost a week ago and it was in Google within three day's. But two day's later it was gone. Does antone know why that happen's? Thanks.

don't worry about this, it's just google update running on it, after two or three day you get back the blog in search..

in addition to what i posted, Google has different data centers, this maybe one reason for your problem

actually thats normal.. new site/page usually rank faster and then decline/gone after a few days or weeks... just continue optimizing...

It is common, usually new sites get great indexing in Google and then they go away. Just keep optimizing your site.
