Going Pro

Ok what i want to do is get really good at graphic and web design im going pretty well in graphic design so now i wanna learn web design and coding i know a far bit in html and coding but now i wanna learn what the pro sites use to get everything like a mebmers system and that i wanna learn all about that i know mysql a litle bit. can anybody give me soem sites where i can learn the good stuff. and what software i need.

If you have html knowledge then go to pro.

First define where you want to go with linux or windows,

linux ... start learnning with PHP, PHP is a good option to start from here also.

windows .. start .net slight hard to start from html knowledeg..

whats .net and whats linux is that like a different company like windows. i know php/ and some css.

linux is free open source not a company, meaning that they release a different style of os than windows that offers more user control.

.net is a server side language as far as I know.

And from what I see with your website, might be wise not to go pro, because you are not yet there, you need to master xhtml and css before even attempting to find clients.

This isn't pro quality either, I didn't know much html when they were originally designed, but now I am a photoshop god and create anything I can think of...

ohh lol i haven't uplaoded my new template yet it has css and stuff on it and xhtml si that jsut another word for html?

ohh and on bquest.com u have made like some sort of database with all your tutorials and stuff could you teach me how to do that.

that is just a free script http://www.cutephp.com I have done a ton of extra php coding for it, but it is not yet perfect.

As for xhtml it is for validation, so you can show your site properly in internet explorer and firefox, check http://www.w3.org it tells more about it there.

Basically keep your pages valid and chose a doctype, that is what people look for in designers / coders

Before you can consider yourself a "Pro" you'd ned tot take on several paid clients and do a good job - at the moment it sounds like you're an amature striving to go Pro.
