Drop down menu issues

Hi anyone out there who can help me out, I have just put on a new drop down menu on my website www.vonchienloupkennels.com but i want to be able to freeze it when when someone scrolls down the menu stays put. Can anyone help me out?

www.evolution.x05host.com is one i made plus i am currrently making plenty more give us soem dimensions and what you want it too look like and it will be done soon.

that site you have there is great, the only problem is i need the menu to stay at the top of the page when i scroll down, just like the one i have but it doesnt stay when i scroll down the page
