as a new forum you shouldnt be pushing away your very few forum members this isnt a good idea people will either start writing rubbish to see there signature or you will just push them away.

I am also having the same problem with signatures. Now I understood the policy. But, I suggest that it should not be disabled for less than 50 words. It should be disabled for unwanted and not-so-good posts.

Majority of members(senior) as I noticed will post very useful posts within the relevant contents.

What if they post long posts only to show signatures with unwanted contents?

I also suggest to follow the rules of other webmaster boards.

Signatures are great way of advertising on forums. It should not be limited counting the words. It should be done after considering the relevancy and usefulness of the contents.

Moreover, I feel that you will loose returning visitors/members due to limitations imposed without non application of mind.

if your post has low amount of content, even then your signature show,

if your total post is more then 10 post then your signature with start showing ...

There is a rules when it comes to signature, just read the rules and regulation in the FAQ in this forum
