Domain suspension

If you registered a domain name from a registrar, can this registrar suspend your domain name even if it is not yet expired?

Mostly, it's not possiable, before delete the domain, registrar has very solid reason for that, may be some copywrite issue...

it really depends... 1 possibility is there's adispute over the domain meaning some parties are claiming then the registrar will most likely hold the domain as per udrp order.. as far as I know

if there is any billing issue then registrar suspend the domain before expiry

ICANN has been straight about domain dispute. That's why some domain has been suspended because there are some litigation issue pending this domain. BTW, all my domain has not being suspended whatsoever. Hope that there are no dispute issue at all for me.

Sometimes you can't argue with the authorities about the issue regarding the suspension domain.

Yes, a domain registerar can suspend or delete the domain, if you voilate any conditions in their TOS. Spamming is one of them..
