Even I have been using Bidvertiser for some time but its too hard to reach $10 minimum payout because of less ads there. So i left it and joined Google Adsense which give me better earning than Bidvertiser.
I assure that Bidvertiser really pays. My friend showd me his payment details when he got paid just 17 - 18 days ago. He received $17.
The reason for repetative ads or less ads is they have very less advertises as compared to Adsense. Also they are new in market and will take time to create a big share in market.
Their terms are very strict and streight forward, just like adsense.
