Well since i found this one my life as a webmaster changed ....

yes i know there are a lot of free blog scripts, cms, portals etc whatever you want. But have you checked this little devil. This one is straight forward xhtml/css .. you make a template and then you just insert tags (3 tags ) and you are off in production writing and publishing
articles.
