i would liek a toolbar made. Can you make one for me. But i would like it so it shows how many new tutorials have been added since last time they checked. is that possible?

Yes, that is possible- you will need a script for user 's registration and a script to generate <Include XML> (our Dynamic XML feature in ToolbarStudio) with a number of new tutorials added in database.
