If you buy adsense template with content,you may have to do a lot of tweaking else you may be ranked lower for duplicate content.

If it is dupe content the site will probably go supplemental. You can try rewriting the content, but if you paid for it, then I would make sure you check that the content you are buying is not already out there.

Just copy a paragraph or so and paste it into the Google search box, if you get exact matches for that text then you know!!!

Ready made sites are mostly gives rise to large mumber of same content website. It also increases competition among thousands new comer. From my point of view its a waste of money.
If you take out some time, put lil efforts, then you can have a good, unique and successful website.
