Is anyone familiar with wordpress tempate? I need to correct my template and make my right sidebar appear not at the far bottom but from top.

Ngarama Weblog to see what i am refering to.
The side bar, searchbox, Pages, Archives,... must be aligned from top.
I am not sure which code to edit, what to change in order to correct it.
If anyone can help or suggest anything, i would appreciate it.
