Im not sure I understand the concept either. It makes some urls longer.
As far as feedback, I am still new here so I dont know what type of reviews are given. As a html purist I would recommend running the site through the W3C validator to fix the 37 errors. This will help to ensure the website renders correctly on the major browsers. As someone that focus on making websites accessible to people with assistive technolgoies (screen readers, etc) I would recommend link titles. Also for people with color blindness I would recommend a more distinct/contrast between the text color and the background. I also would recommend making the content expand to the width of the resolution instead of using the bacon strip approach that is being phased out with web 2.0. I apologize if this is off base for this forum.
