I like the site feature in Dreamweaver. The find/replace is very powerful. Especially the find specific tag option. I have used it to strip font and other deprecated elements.

I typically use notepad but I have also used HTML Kit (many plugins available) and NuV (n-view). NuV is very similar to Dreamweaver. It does sites, has tab design, etc but has some limitations. Has anyone here used HTML Kit or NuV? Thoughts?
