On server if you are using the cpanel.
Login to your Cpanel
Click on MySQL Database
User PhpMyadmin link at bottom - it open a window with all databases.
select the database
now right site frame - click on export database
select the tables and select the save file option - Submit it
It will start downloading the SQL file, save it in your computer
